This window lets us honor our 5-year workmanship warranty, meet Virginia tax and electrical-permit recordkeeping obligations, and support any future service at the same property. When records are no longer required, we delete or anonymize them. You may request deletion of non-required records at any time.

Service Providers We Work With

- Cloudinary — hosts the project photos and videos you attach to our contact form so our electricians can review them before your appointment.
- Lead-intake system — contact-form submissions are stored in our secure lead-intake application (built on Supabase), which emails our office via Postmark and, once you become a customer, can pass your details to our field-service software, Housecall Pro.
- Housecall Pro — powers the online booking widget and manages jobs, estimates, and invoices. Information you enter in the booking flow is processed by Housecall Pro.
- ElevenLabs — powers the optional AI voice assistant. Your microphone activates only after you tap to start a conversation; audio is streamed to ElevenLabs to hold the conversation and is not used for advertising. Prefer not to use it? Every question the assistant answers can also be handled by phone at (703) 997-0026.
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Estimates and customer records are managed in our field-service software under access controls, and payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant processor rather than stored on our own servers.
