A visual and diagnostic review of readily accessible components. We remove the panel dead-front. This is not a municipal, code, or insurance inspection. Recommended repairs are quoted separately, with member savings applied.

Workmanship while you're a member

Each membership extends the workmanship warranty on AJLE work while the membership is active — two, three, or five years by tier — replacing the standard one-year warranty. If the membership lapses, coverage reverts to the standard one-year warranty from each job's completion date.

Is this insurance or a home warranty?

No — it's a maintenance, inspection, and discount program; it doesn't pay for repairs.

What does the discount apply to?

AJLE labor and standard materials at the enrolled address; permits, utility fees, third-party charges, and subcontracted work excluded; per-job caps by tier ($250 / $500 / $750); applied at invoicing.

What if I miss my annual visit?

We contact you to schedule; visits don't roll over and have no cash value.

How does renewal work?

Renews automatically each year; written notice at least 30 days before each renewal with the rate and how to cancel; cancel anytime before renewal by phone, email, or mail.

Can I transfer it?

One service address; transfers to a home buyer with our written consent.
