When his daughter was born with a serious medical condition requiring specialized care, the instability of union work and layoffs became a risk he couldn't afford. So he made a decision: start his own electrical contracting company so he could always be there when his family needed him.
From day one, the promise was simple: treat every customer like family, deliver honest quality work at a fair price, and build something that would last. Not a business focused on profit first, but one built on doing right by people.
That foundation held. Over nearly three decades, John built a reputation—not through slick marketing, but through word of mouth, honest service, and showing up when it mattered.
In 2019, John's son Matt returned to the business. With a background in education and a deep respect for what his father had built, Matt brought fresh perspective while holding firm to the same values.
