Dimmer and switch upgrades matched to your lights, wiring and control locations. We check compatibility before recommending a replacement.
Overview

The right dimmer depends on the exact lamps or drivers, their combined load, wiring in the box and how many locations control the lights. A standard switch replacement is different from adding a neutral conductor, changing multi-location wiring or investigating a fault. Bring the lamp and fixture model numbers into the conversation before buying a control. LED compatibility lists are a useful starting point, but the installed combination still needs testing at low and high settings. Smart controls add questions about network setup, accounts and whether a neutral is required. A wall dimmer intended for lighting is not a substitute for a fan-speed control. The written estimate should identify the control, companion devices, wiring changes and setup included, plus any wall repairs. If lights suddenly flicker across several rooms or a switch is hot or scorched, request diagnosis rather than assuming a new dimmer will solve it.

How It Works
We review the equipment and site, agree on the scope, arrange the work, and test the completed installation. Timing depends on access, materials and any required coordination.
Provide lamp and fixture model numbers, the number of lights, photos of closed switches and how many locations control them. Mention whether you want app or voice control. Leave devices in their boxes until the wiring has been assessed.
Confirm equipment instructions, existing conditions, access and the permit path for the actual address.
Identify included electrical work, equipment, other-trade responsibilities and exclusions before accepting the quote.
Staff confirm availability after reviewing the request. Install and test the agreed scope, explain controls and complete applicable inspection steps.
FAQs
Get answers to common questions about our dimmer switch installation services.
No. Confirm that the lamp or driver is dimmable and supports the selected control. Some smart bulbs need continuous power and their own controls. A non-dimmable lamp should not be connected to a conventional dimmer.
Only use an arrangement permitted by the control manufacturer. Some systems use one primary dimmer with a compatible companion; others retain a mechanical switch. Two ordinary dimmers are not automatically compatible.
Some listed controls operate without a neutral and others require one. The existing wiring and load determine the options. A ground conductor cannot substitute for a neutral.
It may address a compatibility problem, but flicker can have other causes. We distinguish installation of a selected control from diagnosis of an unexplained electrical symptom. No universal flicker-free result is promised.
