We read the fault, test the DC and AC sides, and tell you whether it is a wiring problem we repair or an inverter the manufacturer replaces.
Monitoring stopped reporting
A dead monitoring app is often a gateway, a router change, or a lost communication wire, not a dead array. We check the system produces before you pay for hardware.
Breaker trips or a warm panel
A backfed solar breaker on a crowded or undersized panel is an electrical safety problem. We check the busbar rating, the breaker, and the connections.
Damage after a storm or a roof leak

An existing array can take a battery or share the panel with an EV charger when the panel math works. We run the load and busbar calculation first.

Your installer is gone. Your system still needs an electrician.

A booked service visit carries the $99 dispatch fee, and members never pay it. Troubleshooting and repairs are priced separately, in writing, before we start.
