Does a Lorton townhome in Laurel Hill qualify for solar?
Many do. A Laurel Hill or Lorton Station townhome has a smaller roof, so the array is usually 4 to 6 kW, and the fire-separation setback at the party wall reduces the usable area. We measure on the site visit, prepare the association review, and size the array to what the roof holds.
